About this resource
The services provided include regular physical check-ups, such as sports physicals; care for illnesses and injuries; vision and blood pressure assessments; vaccinations; mental health assistance; reproductive health services suitable for various ages; standard lab testing; ongoing prescription management; as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and advocacy.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are offered, and students will not be denied service due to inability to pay.
