This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers, aiming to mitigate the cancer burden through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connection to medical care.

Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.

Fees: No charges apply.

Who can use this

  • - Individuals aged 18-39 needing diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above requiring screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage - Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
