About this resource
This public health initiative aims to enhance health outcomes and promote lifelong nutrition and health habits among women, infants, and children. The program offers nutrition education classes and additional services such as breastfeeding support, monthly allowances for supplemental nutritious foods, and connections to community resources.

Fees: No fees are required.
Who can use this
- To qualify for WIC, applicants must meet four requirements: -Reside in Oregon (US citizenship is not mandatory) -Be a pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding woman, or an infant or child under 5 years old. Fathers, foster parents, and other guardians may apply for a qualifying child -Have a household income below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Those receiving OHP, SNAP, or TANF are automatically eligible based on income. -Have a nutritional risk, which will be evaluated during the appointment.
