About this resource
The program delivers outpatient services that encompass alcohol and drug treatment, care for co-occurring disorders, DUI education, gambling therapy, mental health counseling, and cultural activities, all guided by principles of cultural and spiritual wellness. It includes assessments, both individual and group therapy, crisis and safety planning, and referrals to community partners for medication management or specialized mental health services. Collaborating with community agencies, the program aids participants involved with the courts and social services, facilitating re-entry and addressing barriers related to housing, employment, education, stigma, and rebuilding trust. Additional offerings include recidivism risk assessments, Rent Well classes, life skills and employment readiness groups, parenting support, resource navigation, and volunteer opportunities.

Travel/Location: Accessible via Columbia County Rider line.
Fees: Accepts Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and private insurance, with an income-based sliding scale fee available.
Who can use this
- Participants must be 18 years or older and the program offers culturally specific services for the Native American community, with some services being gender-specific.
