Available services may encompass general medical examinations, Hepatitis C screening and treatment, tobacco cessation programs, diabetes management support, pain management, mental health care for postpartum individuals, mental health screenings, limited individual counseling, therapy referrals, and vaccinations.

Fees: Most major insurance plans, Oregon Health Plan, and Medicare are accepted, and a sliding scale fee is available for those without insurance.
