This program looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal mistreatment, forced isolation, improper restraint, unwanted sexual advances, caregiver abandonment, inadequate basic care, or self-neglect when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations.

- Individuals aged 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
