Compass Outreach
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative collaborates with nearby churches to deliver hot meals and conduct a medical clinic every two months. Additional support services provided include case management, hygiene products, a temporary mailing address, and phone messaging. Replacement ID services can be obtained in exchange for volunteer work, and items such as tents, tarps, and blankets are available based on availability and volunteer service (waivers possible if needed). Bus passes are offered for transportation to court or parole meetings in Coquille, with local bus passes provided on a case-by-case basis.
Intake Procedure: Meals are available for walk-ins, while appointments are necessary for other services.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated across from the Y Marina on Newmark in the Empire District, and is a stop on the CCAT West Loop.
Fees: No fees are charged.
