About this resource
This program delivers individual, couples, and family counseling, mental health assessments, and medication management for both adult and pediatric clients. It also includes care coordination to assist patients in accessing services within the clinic and the broader community. Additionally, it offers case management and peer support in collaboration with tribal law enforcement to aid individuals with behavioral health challenges in their recovery and to help them steer clear of the criminal justice system.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and most private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is for tribal members of the Confederated Tribes of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians, including their widows and widowers.
