About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics via a network of healthcare providers, aiming to lessen the cancer burden through early identification, risk assessment, education, and connection to medical care.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.

Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 or older needing breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age with breast cancer symptoms qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
