- Eligible participants include tribal families residing in Coos County, Kilkich residents, and non-tribal families with children aged 3-5, with priority given to tribal families.

- -Completed Head Start application -Copy of birth certificate -Immunizations record -Tribal verification, if applicable -Income statement; may include SNAP letter, W-2, pay stubs, or tax records
