This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the cancer burden by promoting early detection, conducting risk assessments, offering educational resources, and facilitating access to medical treatment.

Fees: No charges apply.

Who can use this

  • - Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age exhibiting symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
