Who can use this
- Expectant parents and families with children aged 0-3, particularly those with low income as per Federal Poverty guidelines, can qualify for the program. Additionally, children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible regardless of income, while families with higher incomes may qualify based on specific needs, though those with greater needs are given priority.
