Delivers mediation and conflict coaching services aimed at resolving disputes among community members, interpersonal relationships, landlords and tenants, property issues, noise complaints, pet-related conflicts, workplace disagreements, consumer and merchant interactions, business partnerships, police/citizen discussions, contract disputes, and foreclosure prevention. Additionally, it supports county circuit courts by mediating small claims and residential eviction cases.

Fees: Charges vary based on the service provided. A sliding scale is available depending on income, ensuring that no one is denied assistance due to financial constraints.
