About this resource
This nurse visiting initiative allows for up to four scheduled visits to assist families with a newborn. It includes comprehensive health assessments, assistance with feeding and bathing, and support for new parents experiencing postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses facilitate connections to community resources that enhance the health of parents and the well-being of children.
Intake Procedure: To obtain information or request a visit that wasn't arranged at the hospital, you can call, email, or check the website.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Families, whether birth, adoptive, or resource, with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks.
