About this resource
This program offers breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of providers, aiming to lower cancer incidence via early detection, risk assessment, education, and connection to medical care.
Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Costs: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer (as assessed by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing screening and/or diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer -Residents or those intending to reside in Oregon -Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty line -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage. Men with breast cancer symptoms are eligible for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for the ScreenWise program.
