This organization provides a broad spectrum of primary and preventive health care services to the community. Services encompass general medical examinations, annual women's health check-ups, STD testing and treatment, pediatric services, vaccinations, mental health assessments, counseling, and substance abuse evaluations. Additionally, they provide help with enrolling and re-enrolling in OHP.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: They accept OHP, Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees and payment options may be offered.
