About this resource
This initiative delivers extensive support via tailored case management, parenting education, home visits, and group activities. Children engage in therapeutic classrooms that maintain low adult-child ratios, while families benefit from home visits aimed at fostering healthy parenting and child growth. The Preschool Promise is available at all locations except La Pine.

Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- -Services: Available for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years from high-risk families -Preschool Promise: For ages 3-5; must be 3 by September 1st -Both parent and child need to be enrolled to access most services. "High-risk" generally refers to households facing multiple challenges such as poverty, high stress, depression, mental health issues, unreliable transportation, single-parent status, criminal history, adult survivors of child abuse, substance abuse history, unemployment, low self-esteem, limited education, anger management issues, homelessness, or social isolation.
