About this resource
This program provides temporary rental assistance to help prevent eviction or cover initial move-in costs, such as rent deposits. Additionally, medium-term rental subsidies include a deposit, ongoing rental support, and access to case management and supportive services.
Intake Procedure: For more information, visit the website or call. Referrals for medium-term rental subsidies are managed through Coordinated Entry.
Fees: There are no fees associated with these services.
Who can use this
- To qualify for all services, individuals must meet 80% of the Area Median Income. For short-term assistance, proof of need is required (such as significant income loss, overdue rent, or an eviction notice), while medium-term support is for those experiencing literal homelessness or at risk of it, with varying income eligibility.
