The program investigates claims of abuse that may involve physical harm, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal mistreatment, involuntary confinement, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual contact, caregiver abandonment, failure to provide essential care, or self-neglect (when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations, which can result in harm).
Intake Procedure: Individuals can call to report incidents or seek further information.
Fees: There are no associated fees.

- Individuals aged 65 and older, or those aged 18 and older with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
