About this resource
The services offered include routine physical examinations and sports physicals, management of illnesses and injuries, screenings for vision and hearing, dental assessments, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, regular lab tests, and ongoing prescription medication management, along with health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees are available, and no student will be denied services due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligibility varies; please call for details. Some SBHCs are exclusively for students and staff, while others cater to all children aged 0-19 within the school district, and some are accessible to the general public.
