South Coast Humane Society
Community Resource
About this resource
The Humane Society facilitates the adoption of animals that it receives, cares for, and shelters at its no-kill facility. Every adopted pet is spayed or neutered. For animals that are not yet old enough for these procedures, a foster-to-adopt program is offered. The shelter also accepts surrendered pets and those from overcrowded shelters.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call for further details. For surrender inquiries, email communication is encouraged.
Fees: Adoption fees are $60 for cats and $100 for dogs, which cover spaying/neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, deworming, and flea treatments.
