About this resource
The services provided consist of routine physical exams, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing screenings, dental check-ups, blood pressure assessments, immunizations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine lab tests, prescription medication management, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: The clinic accepts OHP and certain private insurance plans, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligibility varies, so it's best to call for specific information. Some school-based health centers (SBHC) cater only to students and staff, while others serve all children aged 0-19 in the district or are open to the general public.
