This program looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical harm or injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal abuse, involuntary confinement, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual contact, caregiver abandonment, and neglect, especially when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations.

- Individuals aged 18 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
