Mosaic Community Health

This organization provides an extensive array of primary and preventive health care services to the community. Their offerings may encompass general medical examinations, annual women's health check-ups, STD testing and treatment, pediatric services, vaccinations, mental health assessments and counseling, as well as drug and alcohol evaluations. They also assist with the enrollment and re-enrollment process for OHP.

Travel/Location: The facility is situated directly across from Lynch Elementary School and next to Lowe's Home Improvement.

Fees: They accept OHP, Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. There may be sliding scale fees and payment plans available.
