This initiative provides educational parenting assistance, family support group sessions, mentoring, and referrals to additional resources as required. It aims to empower individuals with disabilities and their families to take control of their life's path. Additionally, it helps in identifying necessary supports, setting goals, and promoting community inclusion, which leads to greater independence.
