About this resource
This program provides up to four scheduled nurse visits to assist families with a newborn. It includes comprehensive health assessments, assistance with feeding and bathing, and support for new parents dealing with postpartum depression. Additionally, nurses help families access community resources to enhance both parental health and children's well-being.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call, email, or visit the website for more information or to arrange a visit if one was not established at the hospital.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Families, including birth, adoptive, or resource families, with a newborn aged 0-12 weeks.
