About this resource
This initiative provides private case management for those living with HIV and AIDS, offering financial support for medication costs, transportation to medical appointments, insurance premiums, transitional housing, rent assistance, dental services, disease management education, and referrals to other organizations for basic necessities, job assistance, and substance abuse treatment.
Intake Procedure: Contact us to arrange an intake appointment.
