The Oregon Reproductive Health (RH) Program manages a statewide network of accredited healthcare providers to guarantee access to a range of reproductive health services, which encompass preventive reproductive care, preconception, and contraception. The services provided include annual gynecological examinations (such as pap tests, breast screenings, and STI testing), pregnancy testing, counseling on birth control, provision of contraception, emergency contraception, abortion referrals, and additional services.

Fees: No charges for individuals with a household income below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). For those with a household income exceeding 250% FPL, a sliding scale fee structure is available. Insurance may be billed when applicable.
