Oregon MothersCare offers prenatal evaluations to assist women in starting their journey toward prenatal care. Their services encompass pregnancy testing, help with OHP applications, efficient intake and referral for prenatal care, and connections to dental care. They also provide specialized information and referrals for WIC, home visitation programs, and additional prenatal support. The Perinatal Care Coordination program delivers personalized case management during both prenatal and postpartum phases, including childbirth education, nurse home visits, maternal mental health resources and counseling, as well as information and referrals for community resources and infant care supplies.
