The initiative supports veterans in their transition back into the community and assists them in finding jobs. It features a tailored case management plan that may encompass essential skills like financial literacy, computer training, job search techniques, and interview preparation. Veterans acquire the necessary skills to maintain employment and achieve financial independence.

Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be homeless or at risk of homelessness, have experienced homelessness within the last 20 days, and have served at least one day of active duty with a discharge status other than dishonorable.
