This program provides young individuals with training in construction skills alongside support for achieving their GED or diploma, all while they earn a stipend. Participants also engage in building affordable housing or aiding in the development of children and youth within their communities.

Who can use this
- Participants must be between the ages of 16 and 24, with a focus on attracting 'opportunity youth' who are currently out of school or unemployed.
