About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostic services for breast and cervical cancer via a network of healthcare providers. It aims to alleviate the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical care.
Intake Procedure: To get clinic details and schedule an appointment, call the main phone line. For additional information about the program, contact the ScreenWise Information Line.
Travel/Location: From 27th, travel west on Neff, take a left on Williamson, and then a right on Professional Court. From Purcell, go east on Neff, turn right on Williamson, and then right on Professional Court.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- Participants must be aged 18-39 needing diagnostic services or 40 and older needing screening, reside or plan to reside in Oregon, have a household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level, and be uninsured or underinsured; men with breast cancer symptoms are also eligible.
