About this resource
This service provides an extensive array of primary and preventive health care options for the community. Offerings include general medical examinations, annual women's health checks, STD testing and treatment, pediatric services, vaccinations, mental health assessments and counseling, as well as drug and alcohol evaluations. Additionally, assistance with enrolling and re-enrolling in OHP is available.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Travel/Location: To reach the facility from 27th, proceed west on Neff, take a left on Williamson, and then a right onto Professional Court. If coming from Purcell, go east on Neff, turn right onto Williamson, and then right again onto Professional Court.
Fees: The facility accepts OHP, Medicare, and most private insurance plans, with options for sliding scale fees and payment plans potentially available.
