About this resource
The services provided include routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing assessments, dental check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, regular lab testing, prescription medication management, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.

Travel/Location: The SBHC is situated in a modular unit located behind the school building, just beyond the tennis courts.
Fees: We accept OHP, certain private insurance plans, and provide a sliding scale fee option. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Children aged 0-18 and the OHP general public within the school district.
