About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostics for breast and cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to lessen the cancer burden by promoting early detection, risk assessment, education, and connecting individuals to necessary medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Located one block east of 27th, with the entrance on NE Conners Avenue. The Orange Bus Route has a stop at the intersection of 27th and Conners Avenue.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- -Individuals aged 18-39 requiring breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as determined by a clinician) -Individuals aged 40 and above needing breast or cervical cancer screenings and/or diagnostic services -Residents or those planning to reside in Oregon -Household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level -Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a prerequisite for participation in the ScreenWise program.
