About this resource
This service provides a diverse array of primary and preventive health care options for the community. Offerings may include general medical examinations, annual women's health check-ups, STD testing and treatment, pediatric services, vaccinations, mental health assessments and counseling, as well as evaluations for drug and alcohol use. Additionally, it assists individuals with enrolling and re-enrolling in the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Travel/Location: Situated within the Deschutes County Health Services facility.
Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and the majority of private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees and payment plans could be available.
