About this resource
The program delivers extensive assistance via tailored case management, parenting education, home visits, and group activities. Children are engaged in therapeutic classrooms with low adult-to-child ratios, while families benefit from home visits aimed at fostering healthy parenting and child development. Preschool Promise is available at all sites except La Pine.

Costs: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- -Services: Available for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years from high-risk families -Preschool Promise: For children aged 3-5; must be 3 by September 1st -Both parent and child must be enrolled to access most services. "High-risk" generally refers to households facing multiple challenges such as poverty, high stress, depression, mental health issues, unreliable transportation, single-parent dynamics, criminal backgrounds, adult survivors of child abuse, substance abuse histories, unemployment, low self-esteem, limited education, anger management issues, homelessness, or social isolation.
