The program offers help for overdue bills related to electric, natural gas, and various heating fuels (including propane, wood, oil, and pellets). It also provides support for enrolling in the water discount program. However, assistance is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of funds.

Who can use this
- Households earning at or below 60% of the State Median Income are eligible.
Documents you may need
- Social Security numbers for all household members who have one and identification for anyone age 18 and older, such as a driver's license, state ID card, or a letter showing the person's name and address. For electric, gas, or water assistance, a copy of the bill is preferred, but some individuals may be able to receive assistance without one on a case-by-case basis.
