This program looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical harm or injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal abuse, involuntary confinement, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual interactions, caregiver abandonment, failure to provide essential care, or self-neglect (which can occur when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations, potentially resulting in harm).
Intake Procedure: You can call to report incidents or seek additional information.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.

- Individuals aged 65 and older, or those 18 and older with physical or developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
