Intake Procedure: Visit in person and talk to a receptionist.
Travel/Location: Located across from Chan's Chinese Restaurant.
Fees: No fees involved.
Who can use this
- -Individuals who cannot afford necessary prescription medications -Available once every other month for a total of 6 months.

- Copy of the cost and pharmacy of your current prescription
