About this resource
This initiative provides breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostics through a network of healthcare providers, focusing on reducing the impact of cancer through early detection, risk assessments, education, and connecting individuals to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Contact the Cancer Screening Coordinator to arrange an appointment.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18-39 needing diagnostic services for breast or cervical cancer, those 40 and older requiring screenings or diagnostics, residents or future residents of Oregon, with a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, and either uninsured or inadequately insured are eligible. Men with breast cancer symptoms can access services, and U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for the ScreenWise program.
