About this resource

This initiative delivers medical services to low-income adults by utilizing volunteer healthcare providers. The services may encompass primary and specialty medical care, prescription medications (excluding narcotics), and mental health support. It is not a walk-in or urgent care facility and provides help with the enrollment and re-enrollment process for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

Intake Process: To schedule an appointment, please call and leave a message with your name and contact number.

Location: Situated on the St. Charles Medical Center campus. If approaching from Neff Road, enter via the Williamson Boulevard entrance, then take a left; the second building will be on your left. From Purcell Boulevard, turn right; the second building will be on your right, adjacent to the Ronald McDonald House and directly across from The Center.

Costs: There are no fees; however, donations are welcomed. Charges may apply for prescriptions and lab tests.

Who can use this

  • Individuals aged 18 and older who are uninsured or not eligible for Affordable Care Act programs, reside or work in the service area, and have an income below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
