About this resource
The services provided include regular physical examinations, such as sports physicals; treatment for illnesses and injuries; screenings for vision and blood pressure; immunizations; mental health services; reproductive health care tailored to age; routine lab tests; management of prescription medications; and education and promotion regarding health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: Accepts OHP, various private insurance plans, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
