About this resource
This program provides temporary rent assistance to help prevent eviction or cover move-in costs, including a rental deposit. For medium-term rental support, it includes a deposit, rental aid, case management, and supportive services.
To apply, visit the website or call for more information. Referrals for medium-term rental subsidies are available through Coordinated Entry.
There are no fees associated with these services.
Who can use this
- To access all services, individuals must meet 80% of the Area Median Income. For short-term assistance, proof of need is required (such as significant income loss or eviction notice), while medium-term support is for those experiencing literal homelessness or at risk of it, with varying income eligibility.
