Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Household income must not exceed 200% of the federal poverty level, and both renters and homeowners in mobile or site-built homes are eligible.
Documents you may need
- Proof of income for all household members over age 18, current copy of electric bill, current copy of gas bill (if applicable), landlord's signature (if applicant is a renter), and proof of homeownership (if applicant is a homeowner). Other documents related to the structure and property will be discussed during the audit process.
