About this resource
Oregon MothersCare offers prenatal assessments designed to assist women in starting their journey toward prenatal care. The services provided include pregnancy testing, help with OHP applications, a streamlined process for referrals to prenatal care, and connections to dental care. Additionally, there are specialized information and referral services for WIC, home visitation programs, and other prenatal support options. The Perinatal Care Coordination program provides personalized case management throughout the prenatal and postpartum phases. This includes childbirth education, nurse home visits, maternal mental health resources and counseling, as well as information and referrals for community resources and supplies for infant care.
