The Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 program is managed by HUD to aid low-income residents in obtaining rental homes and apartments at standard market prices.
Application Process: Individuals can apply for the waitlist by walking in or visiting the website.
Cost: There are no fees associated with the application.
Who can use this
- Household income must not exceed 50% of the annual median income, depending on the size of the household.
