This service offers a comprehensive array of primary and preventive health care options for the community, including medical exams, women's health services, STD testing, pediatric care, vaccinations, mental health support, and substance abuse assessments. Additionally, it provides help with enrolling and re-enrolling in OHP.

Fees: Accepts OHP, Medicare, and a majority of private insurance plans. Sliding scale fees and payment plans may be available.
