About this resource
This initiative provides screenings and diagnostics for breast and cervical cancer through a network of healthcare providers. It aims to alleviate the cancer burden by promoting early detection, conducting risk assessments, offering educational resources, and facilitating connections to medical treatment.
Intake Procedure: Call to schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges.
Who can use this
- - Individuals aged 18-39 in need of breast or cervical cancer diagnostic services (as assessed by a clinician) - Individuals aged 40 or older requiring breast or cervical cancer screening and/or diagnostic services - Must reside or plan to reside in Oregon - Household income must be at or below 250% of the federal poverty level - Must be uninsured or have insufficient insurance coverage Men of any age showing symptoms of breast cancer qualify for breast and genetic services. U.S. citizenship is not a requirement for participation in the ScreenWise program.
