About this resource
The services offered include routine physical exams, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing screenings, dental assessments, blood pressure checks, immunizations, mental health support, age-appropriate reproductive health services, routine lab tests, prescription medication management, as well as health, fitness, and nutrition education and promotion.

Travel/Location: The SBHC is situated in a modular unit on the north side of the school building.
Fees: We accept OHP, certain private insurance plans, and provide sliding scale fees. No student will be denied services due to inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Children aged 0-18 and the OHP general public within the school district.

- Insurance information, if applicable. Income information for those applying for sliding scale fees.
